Massage is one of many ways you can can invest in your health.  But for many, receiving a massage is considered to be just a wonderful luxury.  A challenge most of us face in our busy lives is to make time to invest in our health.  Different massage techniques provide different benefits depending on your state of mind and body.

It is important that you feel comfortable and safe in order to receive the most from any massage.  I practice out of a warm and cosy room where you can allow yourself the space and time to de-stress and heal.

Prior to each massage, we discuss what your expectations are, the focus of the session, and the specific areas you would like me to work on.
